Fixed an issue in the tutorial where you could get soft locked because the game wouldn't let you pick pocket again if you failed.

Fixed an Issue in the Rusty Anchor where you could get stuck in the wall if you used the jail gate at an odd direction.

Tweaked the difficulty of the hard Escape Mini Game. It should be more manageable now for players in the Side-quest Level.
